Tip 34: Find a good exercise pattern and stick to it

Once you find your exercise “groove” stick to it. You need to exercise at least 3 times per week for a about 40min to 1hour. Don’t exercise more than five out of seven days of the week, your body needs the rest.

Keeping regular patterns and routines will help you in both diet and exercise. Don’t be afraid to adjust your pattern from time to time to keep you from getting bored.
