If you like pizza, why not make your own at home? Instead of using thick calorie-laden bases you find in the supermarkets use Lebanese bread for the pizza base. Use tomato paste for the sauce. You can pile on plenty of healthy vegetables and some lean chicken, turkey or seafood to spice up the flavor. Use low fat cheese sparingly on the top.
