I know its hard to look at yourself in the mirror and take some photos, but photos are a really good way to measure your progress and success. As well as these photos, you should take measurements of your waist, thighs, upper arms and bust.

You can use these figures like the scales, to measure your progress. Once you lose some weight, looking at your “before” photos can really give you some motivation!
