When you’re about to have a snack, whether it be biscuits, cereal, rice crisps, whatever, never take the packet out of the cupboard down with you to the sofa. Always take a few out of the packet and put them in a bowl or plate. This way it’s easy to measure how much you’re eating and you’re less tempted to go overboard.
