When you’re setting a diet goal, tell that one person who would make sure to “rub-it-in” if you failed. By doing this, you put yourself in a position of “I’d better do this or I’m never going to hear the end of it.” By putting yourself out on a limb, you expose yourself to a potentially embarrassing situation, but now you have given yourself a major reason why you have to lose the weight. It’s amazing what humans can do when there’s no backing out.

If you have to drink soft drinks make then switch from regular to diet. A 12oz can of regular soft drink contains around 120 calories. A can of diet soft drink contains about 1, or even 0 calorories! If you drink 2 cans per day, you could be saving up to 240 calories per day! That’s a huge saving with little effort!

Here’s a quick weight loss tip you can use to drop the fat content of your sandwiches. Instead of using mayonnaise as a spread use a bit of mustard. Mustard is loaded with essential oils, is very low in fat and has considerably less calories than mayonnaise. Mayonnaise on the other hand is loaded with fat and calories.
