Training with weights increases your muscle mass which means you burn more calories every minute of every day. The more lean muscle you have on your body, the more calories you need/burn. So even a small amount of muscle gain (especially in women) can really lift your metabolic rate.</p>

They have plenty of good workout routines for both men and women. <p>In a comparison of bland versus chilli-laden meals, researchers from the University of Tasmania’s School of Human Life Sciences found that a few spoonfuls of chilli reduced the post meal surge in insulin, particularly in overweight people.</p>
<p>People with resistance to the actions of insulin have an increased risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease, as well as polycystic ovary syndrome, fatty liver and certain cancers.</p>
<p>The study found that in overweight subjects, changes to a range of glucose metabolism measures following chilli meals were more marked than those seen in normal weight subjects.</p>

Now I&#8217;m not saying you should give up pasta alltogether, just choose your pasta wisely.</p>
<p>I suggest you switch to wheat based pasta&#8217;s like Barilla. Barilla pasta is packed with fibre and protein. The taste and texture is different to regular pasta which some people may not like. My sugguestion, give it a try!</p>
