Tip 33: Watch portion sizes when you are eating out

When you go out make sure you watch the portion sizes. For example 1 portion of pasta means 1/2 a cup cooked. In most restaurants you’re likely to get at least 4 times that amount. Ask your waiter if you can get a entree size or take some of the meal home for later.

Tip 32: Find a sport that you like as much as food

If you find a sport that you really enjoy playing you’ll be burning calories and enjoying yourself. Now play that sport as often as you can and you’ll be on your way to feeling better and losing weight.
